Mark Geragos a lawyer to Chris Brown accused prosecutors of "torturing" the star in his recent community service case, as the singer appeared in court this week to answer questions as to whether he lied about completing 180 hours community service or not.
The singer's lawyer, has laid into the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office again, about the way his client has been treated.
In his own words, he said “In 30 years of practice, I've never a client - and I've represented a wide breadth - thousands of clients - I have never, ever had a client who has been tortured by the DA's office on probation like Chris Brown has.”
The judge has then given Brown 48 hours to discuss the allegations with his probation officer in LA.
