Just when you think things can't get any weirder in Hollywood, they do. Charlie Sheen thinks Lindsay Lohancould benefit by hanging out with him as opposed to mixing with her "dress-shredding club buddies."
This comes from the guy who not too long ago insisted he was made of tiger blood and cavorted with porn stars.
Over the past 18 months Lohan has gotten mixed up in a series of legal troubles. She currently faces jail time for violating her probation on a jewelry theft charge by allegedly lying to police officers about a 2012 car crash.
It gets worse. On Friday, a judge questioned the competancy of Lohan's attorney Mark Heller in regards to California law (Heller was previously a lawyer in New York). Despite Heller's bid to have charges dismissed, the judge refused and set a trial date for March 18.
And there's more. Last week Lohan made headlines for borrowing a dress for a charity dress and tearing it apart before returning it to the designer.
Sheen, who recently lent the actress $100,000 to settle a tax debt, believes he could be a good influence on the star. He told TMZ.com: "I have a kinship with somebody who clearly needs a mentor, whether she wants one or not. She can continue to hang out with her dress-shredding club buddies, or turn to me for some advice... a guy who's been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey...If she listens, she'll win. If she doesn't, that's on her."
Sheen and Lohan got friendly after co-starring on "Scary Movie 5," which hits theaters in April. She will also be appearing in an episode of his FX series "Anger Management."
